puppy wont walk

she is getting worse and worse and now will not walk at all, i dotn expect much as she is only 10 weeks but all she does is sniff grass and chew sticks, she wont budge, i don't want to drag her , any ideas? p.s the first few times she was walking ok with a big of encouragement but now it dosent work.

For 9 week old pups, I do bone-in chicken breasts and leg quarter (often scoring the flesh so it's easier to rip and eat), heart, organs in very small amounts, bonelss beef-lamb-goat-pork. turkey necks.
