how did you do it yourself, my girl has an strong urine smell down there lately, but not sure about the anal glads only becasue i don't know much on the topic. It wasn't a urine smell. I can't explain the smell other than metallic. Here's a rather graphic video on expressing the anal glands. I woul...

Yep, I did it myself. That's how I figured out what it was. She'll be going grain free in the next month or so so that should hopefully put an end to me having to do it.

It's still happening and it's definitely coming from her vag. The only time Tyson gets all goofy about licking her chick parts is when she smells like that and his teeth chatter after I pull him off of it.

I'm in Dearborn Heights (might as well be Dearborn) so Hazel Park is a little far. My current vet doesn't seem to have a problem with my dogs but they seem very uncaring and more focused on making money than actually caring for my babies. She has no symptoms of a UTI except for the odd odor which I ...

She's got a very thin coat and always has. I check her over almost every day and she has a tiny bald spot on her back and a couple small severely thin spots on her shoulder. I can see to her skin and it looks fine to me and the odor doesn't seem to be coming from her coat. I'm trying to avoid a trip...

She was spayed almost 2 months ago at 6 months old and the issue's very intermittent. Like I said, maybe once a day Tyson goes right for her crotch but I've never seen any leakage or anything. There's no other problem other than some minor skin issues but I'm hoping the salmon oil clears that up.

These are a couple of pics of Tyson at about 8 weeks. He's supposedly a Boxer APBT mix. He's in my passenger seat if that helps with size. He's about 68 pounds at 1 1/2 years now. http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b142/dazednconfused75/BabyTy.jpg http://i18.photobucket.com/albums/b142/dazednconfused...

Odd female odor

I had my female spayed before her first heat but I've noticed an odd odor from her beginning shortly after the surgery. I don't smell her crotch or anything but it smells metallic almost like blood and it is noticeable from 20 feet away if she's been a room long enough. It happens every couple of da...

I've been very happy with EVO Red Meat but I'll probably switch it up after these 2 bags are gone just for variety.

Have there been any negative side effects from this product?
(Sorry, I'm paranoid :)) )

I would think the high levels of protein would only make it suitable for a fully grown dog.

I did a ton of research on this topic (the night before Ty had his appointment) roflmao. My girl was done prior to her 1st heat and Tyson will not be done till he's at least 2 unless there's behavioral problems that I can't control.
