Jason, check out this thread http://www.pitbullforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=23039 I would say yes it's probably the generic food. Most of that is loaded with corn, which alot of dogs can't handle. You are 25 years old. How long have you actually been into the breed? Alot of people on this board have been into this breed longer than you been alive. Your posts are all over the place. Maybe instead of talking down to people here, try reading something here. You have alot to learn. Breeding isn't...

Re: true APBT

pups are usually all spoken for before they are even born to friends , family and fellow dogmen. I love APBT's. Staff's are ok but in (my opinion) never come close to an American Pit Bull Terrier. I am not a fan of the Gotti line/ watchdog/ razors edge ect. ect. They are not true apbt as everybody ...

Have you contacted any rescues? They usually jump on the smaller dogs.

I have a failed foster poodle that also came from a crappy byb along with all her health problems and she's only a 1 1/2 old.

Good luck with her.

Sorry you are going through this. Why is the woman that you rescue with not taking him in? Instead of getting upset that other rescues aren't taking on your responsibility why not board him. Personally I would be busting my donkey off to pay boarding fees verses sending him to whoever might take him.
