I agree .. I mainly use Martuingales for that reason .. because they should not slip off when properly sized and used.

Arnold is an adult and although he filled out up until 3 years (I swear his head spread and his thighs grew) he's still very leggy. I agree with Starlamia. Scar is 2 & 1/2 and now is when he is starting to fill out. He has always been on the skinny side no matter how much or what he was fed.. but now finally he is filling in.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. I also faxed a copy of the bloodwork to his vet and she called me back and basically said the same thing you did.

Scar got a full panel done in order to see if he could donate blood. I had them email me the results so that I could keep them in his file.
