Stool issue

Whenever Blu eats more grass than he can handle, it comes out in big chunks in his stool (ew, I know). With this, there is also sometimes a few drops of red blood. It's only happened a few times and I assumed it was from straining to get the grass out. Is this something that needs to be evaluated at...

Do you take your dogs for walks in the rain/snow/sleet? It's raining pretty badly here, is it mean to walk Blu? Or is it mean to just let him out in the backyard to pee and hold off on walking today?
