That's a cool looking pup. I can see husky. Not sure about the rest. Get that skinny boy some food and post more pics!

Re: Behaving around other dogs..

agreed about going to the training & behavior section! But just some input.... we always have treats on hand and as soon as we see another person and/or dog coming our way, well put the treat in our fist, hold it to his nose, make him sit & he completely forgets about anything else and excep...

Re: Wearing Collar all the time??

I used to have an odd dog that loved her collar. Any time you took it off she would get upset. Charlie on the other hand does not wear his in the crate or at night. It seems to drive him nuts. We just do whatever works.

Re: walking two pits

I don't think this is just a pit bull issue. My friend has a black lab and a doberman. The doberman always redirects its excitement towards the lab. They have to walk them separate to avoid any issues. But same as your case, they get along great everywhere else.

Limp, Limp, Hobble, Hobble

Poor Charlie can't get away from the vet. He has developed a terrible limp over the past ten days. Seems to rotate between his front legs and sometime appears that when he walks on either leg is just going to give out. He is toughing it out but is definitely very grumpy. His legs are bowed and we kn...

Re: Allergies ? kinda long

What's the weather like? Charlie is shedding a puppy almost everyday and his activity level has dropped as the temperature has gone up. However, he still eats his food the second it is put down. Although plenty of dogs nibble through out the day given the opportunity. Our pup has gone from 5 miles o...

Sudden Territorialism?

So... Charlie has picked up on this new habit. BARKING. The past 4 months have been almost bark-less so im curious as to where this sudden barking is coming from. We have him out on the deck almost every day with no issues, now over the past few days, hes been barking at EVERYTHING and keep in mind,...
