Is the wound 3-4 centimeters deep or do you mean millimeters ? Or are you describing the length of the cut? Don't use hydrogen peroxide at this point – it's good for fresh wounds but will damage new/re-growing tissue. Is it still oozing or has it closed? I'm inclined to think soaking in salt is not...
