Re: Anyone Try Orijen

I have been feeding Orijen to our 4 dogs for about 8 months and they are the picture of health. Prior to that I was feeding premium edge dog food. Since being on Orijen they all have much glossier coats and do not smell at all doggy. Our Rat Terrier used to fart every time he moved until orijen. He ...

Re: Keep Gavin in your thoughts, Please

*hugs* Sorry its mast cell ... I don't know how you feel about alternative treatments. But I read great reviews and info on "Liquid Zeolite" when Tasha got a tumor on her spleen. We gave her Zeolite and she seemed to be doing awesome on it, but then she died post op having her spleen remov...

Did you take his own bedding? Or was he using bedding provided by the kennels? Maybe he had an allergy to their washing powder or disinfectant?

Those things look far worse than they are, but sooooooo scary to see. The staples looked kind of cute though :(

LOL the staples do suit her! Though she is having them taken out today.

Thanks everyone for the support!

Re: Dog smell

We have a 4 dogs the smallest being a 14lb rat terrier - he smelled SO doggy. So much stronger than our 70lb collie and 80lb pittie. Even a couple of days after a bath he was stinky again. We switched their food to Orijen about a year ago and I could not believe the difference. His doggy smell went ...

Re: Tumor on a pup?

I like removing them too, although most people opt to let them go away. Even if its that 1 in a 1,000... you don't want your pup to be the statistic. Not all puppies are well behaved enough to allow local anesthesia either!! Exactly after losing Tasha this year, we couldn't go with chance on Chi Ch...

Re: Tumor on a pup?

She is a year and a half! She grew up way too fast. I was checking my old posts and we noticed it a few weeks before her spay. I thought I had pictures but can't find any. Awesome, thanks that is reassuring! We lost our first pitbull post op to surgery for a tumor on her spleen this march at 9 and ...

Re: Tumor on a pup?

My pup chloe got one on her foot when she was about that age. Maybe a little younger. The vet said to let it go away on its own and it did. Haven't seen any sign of it returning yet. Your pup is a cutie! even with those staples on her nose Thanks Riley, she is cutie but its her personality that mak...
