well Trixie had her surgery Friday..turns out it was a torn cruciate. She is doing well, she had her first poppie this morning so her system seems to be getting back to normal and she is able to limp around in 3 legs a little bit at a time. I am not sure I have not talked him in depth about it, last time we were there he put her on Rimadyl to see how that worked forst and it didn't...so when I go next week I will find out the details.

Next week somtime, I have to call the vet Monday morning. She has had this for sometime and was able to manage on aspirin. She feels good in the morning and then she runs around and plays with Chico during the day then feels like crap and cannot walk well at night. I did what you are doing though an...

Luxating Patella surgery

so Trixie needs to have the surgery, her leg has gotten to the point she limps most all of the day and clearly in pain. What can I expect for the recovery..I am not looking forward to lugging her big ass up and down out stairs, but oh well.... what does not kill me by making me fall down the stairs ...

maybe since she wears both when you walk her skin is getting pinched in between the two and getting irritated ?
