Re: Favorite Names that are NOT over used!

Flotsam & Jetsam Sundae Benny & Joone Castor & Pollox Levi (blue dog) Denim (also blue dog) and as to the bonded pair thing - we never allow puppies to be adopted together so that solves that quandry. I used to work so hard to try and come up with names that were unique and fitting but n...

That's what you should have said!

"the first rule of fight club..."

I can't imagine what he was thinking, maybe he's got strays beating up his cat. So he should bring his cat inside.

Anyone in Onslow CO?

Anyone in Onslow County? I had a former adopted dog surrendered to the Onslow Co Shelter. It appears as though the person who adopted the dog from me gave it away, then it was given away & given away, then into the care of two young marines who went on assignment and left the dog without care. I...

Re: It is okay to dump your dog at a shelter....

From what I understand, most good breeders will sell breedable and show quality dogs on a CO-ownership so the dog is still partially owned by the breeder. If that's the case these jerks violated their agreement and the dog should go back to the breeder. Now that is a "good breeder", there ...

Re: cutest EVER!

Good with other dogs. I can see where she would push a submissive dog but she was very appropriate with my bunch
She's fostered in Richmond VA

Re: cutest EVER!

I don't know, her teeth are very clean but there's some yellow on her molars. Her boobies look like she's been through a few heats but not had puppies but her vulva is very tight and small and I know she was spayed in October 2011. My lowest guess is about 15 months and my highest is about 2.5

cutest EVER!

This is Zena, the damn cutest pocket pit EVER! http://ascpbr.com/Zena.html She's not a staffy bull, she's a pit bull but she will appeal to staffy people since she's 15 inches at the withers. She needs to be kept at a weight of 30 lbs otherwise she is too fat. She's 33 lbs in the pictures and she's ...

Re: Meet Jasmine. She is looking for her forever home!

I am not really sure how you would know that from pictures. BUT yes she will be spayed before going to a new home. This is a hard fast rule of mine. Thank you for the concern! :) New pictures have been posted. enlarged vulva and larger than spayed boobies......years of practice, not something I bra...

From the pictures you posted, she does not look spayed (yet). Please spay her before placing her in a new home. The sooner the better

I've known a few over the years out of VA Beach but they've all pretty much crumbled for various reasons. I've always heard that the K9 New Life center was pit bull friendly

Re: looking for a blue pitbull female to adopt

A temperament correct pit bull should be appropriately people soft, eager to please and a pleasure to train. If you get a young dog you will need to provide it with training and plenty of exercise. Pit bulls generally don't tend to be people dominant, they can be more to manage around other pets but...
