I would be very nervous about trusting an unfamiliar vet to do a major surgery like that. And $180 is cheap. 15 minutes is a long time to eat! My dogs take about 2 minutes if that to put down a bowl of plain kibble, longer if its floated. I guess they're talking puppies, but I've definitely seen some puppies eat quickly! Which is what I am thinking she will have a cup of food gone in no time. I may try an...
