And she has no idea how loud and obnoxious the shelter I work at can be. She just hangs out there playing with her toys/napping all day, while there is a swirl of noisy chaos around her! that's so true! coopy poopy was at the shelter wayyyy too long, but didn't seem to show any signs of going kenne...

i am totally smitten with deaf pit bulls. have you guys taken training classes together? i would recommend finding (and this can be tricky depending on where you live- how close are you to boston? eek!) a class with a bully experienced trainer (duh). the next question to ask is how they train. thing...

is your pretty bully all white? one of the quickest ways to id a deaf dog, unforunately, is color. the majority (not all) of deaf bullies are almost all white. there is some relation (i'm a trainer, not a vet, so someone else can step in here) between pigment in the ear and deafness. and unfortunate...
