I have the Sam's Lead from Chewbecca. We used it when we were transitioning Molly from the harness to a flat collar but the additional connector can also be attached to the D-ring on her collar. The hardware is ridiculously serious – I think the rope will disintegrate well before the hardware gives...

ha- i remember one time probably 10 years ago my wheaten kozi knocked a whole bottle off the shelf and ate it. she was fine, but i wouldn't encourage that behavior. roflmao
