from the pictures, and don't get mad, i'm kind of famous for insulting my friends about this   your puppy looks like he's in great weight, and red looks like he could stand to lose quite a few pounds. i think that might be part of the problem- you're comparing your puppy to an overweight...

this is so weird, i was just thinking of posting something this morning. i am wondering what other people do with their aging dogs? my dog is only 6.5 but lately, he is showing all sorts of aging signs, too- he is slower to wake up, having a harder time to get on the bed, even (i know this is silly)...

is your concern about weight bearing bones because of the risk of teeth breaking? i think it's about weighing the risks/benefits *for your individual dog*. mac broke his two giant teeth in the last year, at about age 6. i don't know what he broke them on, but my guess is raw beef marrow femurs that ...

I don't understand the snotty undertones in some of these replies when one introduces ones self and says he has bred his dog. Why are people jumping on this person and sarcastically asking to see scores? Leslie, a regulator, has TACTFULLY mentioned that this board is primarily anti-breeding, and th...

I'm 30 and I'm very active. I've had Karma since she was 4-5 weeks old, she's 3.5 and has had 1 litter. She's really mild mannered, yet hyper, follows direction well, but can be bull headed. A Definate personality! She's been on vacations across the country, loves the car. Just a part of my family....

i have seen a lot of hot and tired and hungry dogs. they didn't look hot and tired and hungry to me. maybe we're interpreting it differently Yes, our interpretations vary due to differences in experience. and now that i understand that you weren't there, we'll never know, i guess. Not true. I will ...

i guess i should have been more specific. i get it that someone is getting the dogs used to gunshots. what i don't understand is the exact set up- WHO is getting these dogs used to gunshots? for what purpose do these exact dogs need to be densitized to gunshots? why are they being desensitized in t...

Green - In this video it seems as if (there is a term for it, I can't think of) they are getting these pups used to gunshots and other noises. The tires I am not sure but possibly because they are pushing the comfort threshold in that where they are and the sounds they are exposed to are unnatural....

i'm a little concerned. you found this dog and "rehomed" her the very next day? did you fill out a found report with the proper shelter? did you have her scanned for a microchip before placing her? i know it's very easy to make assumptions about a dog that we've found due to their physical...
