Thanks

She has not been licking it at all, she doesn't even seem to notice it at all. But I have been keeping an eye on it.

Re: A lump after a spay???

I am no expert but I have fostered 12 or so puppies that looked like that after their spay. It went away and they were perfectly healthy! This makes me feel better. It could very well be just normal after surgery effects. But she has been her normal super crazy psycho self which probably isn't help...

A lump after a spay???

Right around the incision is a lump on Lucy. I called the vet they said some swelling is normal. Also if I got too worried to bring her in and they would look at it. It is about quarter sized and pooched out a bit. Should I be more worried than I am? She is active and it doesn't seem to bother her a...

Lucy is getting spayed this Fri

Well we are going to get her spayed this Fri. She is still young and small so it should be easy on her. I am a bit nervous, any time they cut in it could go wrong. But I'm pretty sure it will be all good.

Wish us luck.
