If we can get her to Vette, I will donate as well. I would even put some money into "buying" her.

If you were closer, I know the Boxer Rescue people here in GA, I am sure they would help.

I can email my contact and see if she knows anyone in TX

Would that help?

There could be underlying health issues with any parasite, or any minor condition for that matter.

Why can't we just give him the answer of a decent wormer? Seems like everything has to be a big deal sometimes.

People fall on hard times, and those people have dogs.

Honest question, - what kind of damage can be caused if he/she worms the dog themself?

Some vets have a tendancy to be closed minded about the food they "recommend". In some cases, vets are paid to "recommend" certain foods. I listen to my vet most of the time, but when it comes to feeding time (unless you are dealing with kidney failure or something similar) I tak...

EEeek! There should be a warning on those puppy pictures, like "If you look at these, your heart will stop from cuteness"!

All the best to mom and the youn'uns.

Geez. I dont know. I would rather a vet offer the procedure then see what Joe Blow can come up with to do it at home. As far as the puppies screaming, well - I never considered cropping/docking or removing - but now I would NEVER do it. To say a puppy doesnt think about it again, or forgets it, is g...

This dog does not sound ready (if ever) to be adopted out. Sounds like she will needs lots of work with her confidence.

I hope wherever she goes, a rescue or knowledable bully owner is close to help ensure she is stable enough for a permanent adoption.

Good luck.
