the (eat everything( puppy syndrome! lol

last night angel had wondered into the garage, and ate some rubber peices!!!! since it hadn't been two hours since he ingested this, i induced vomiting, poor thing. he's alright now, is it normal for a puppy not wanting to eat much after inducing vomit?

So we've just finished Angels two week shut down, and am now clicker conditioning, got threw the initial "clicker means good doggy" step, the first thing i wanted him to relate it with is going OUTSIDE to go potty, i reward him seperatly (poo and pee) and give him a click and a treat after...

At his age, his socialization window has long since closed, so abruptly throwing him in to situations that will cause him emotional upset would be more detrimental than helpful. If he doesn't do well with other dogs, a social dog event may not be the best idea. Same goes for if he's fearful of stra...

i was thinking....( i know thats a bad thing hahaha!) that since he LOVES toys and LOVES certain foods at the same level that i could alternate between the two, that way he don't bored of one type of reward.... do you reccomend this? let's say since he likes his tug toy, maybe one day use the tug to...

thank you for that video, i liked it, it really step by stepped the directions, i am ordering a clicker from the web and it should be here in a few days, i'm so excited and anxious to see a more positive result when trying to shape a behavior. anyone else have any inputs, go ahead!!

my dog did this exact same thing last night, he's two and has been around all the mirrors and the big screen ever since he was a puppy. i was sitting in the couch and he was staring at the TV (that i just windexed,lol) and was putting out a very low growl and a couple barks, it was hilarious at firs...

i think i will get him a kong BALL instead of the classic. i loves bouncy things, lol. am also checking out training clickers! i wish i had extra bike tires laying around! he'd love it. especially if hanging from a tree, lol.
