i have a 16 yo toy fox terrier that was neuterd at 6 years old..........he still marks and humps........maybe he was just too old to change his evil ways at the age he was neutered?

as far as the "eye boogers" both my dogs get them occasionally too, but usually when they have been rolling around outside for a long time so i am convinced it is an allergy............i feed them DVP natural balance, which is very good food in my opinion.

Kristi you are right... it depends on the DOG! LOL. Your dog will let you know. If your dog is destructive, hyper spastic in the house, etc... they probably need more exercise. If they aren't, and they sleep well at night... they're probably getting sufficient exercise. i totally agree with this......

i see.....i was afraid of this...you see at home monkey (4mo) has a pit playmate (lucy 21mo) and they play very rough and monkey and lucy take turns submitting to oneanother, but they play very rough.........so is there a way to get him to not be so dominant with other dogs?

Glad that everything went okay. What do you look for before selecting a trainer? I'm looking to get Sasha and Bear into a class, but the recommended trainer around our area has suspended training because of Hurricane Katrina. My other option is the PetSmart Trainer.
