Re: Dog & Kitten Interaction?

Buddy was the one ignoring but now he is very interested in her. She seems to try and ignore him more than him ignoring her now. So Ive started the training to reward him everytime he ignores the kitty, but now hes ignoring less. Hes starting to do some following, and he chased her a little bit once...

Dog & Kitten Interaction?

Some of you may know about the kitten named Kiki I adopted not to long ago because Buddy had moved out of my home. But now thankfully Buddy is now back with me. I couldnt be more happy to spend almost every second with him again. So we introduced him to the kitten. He does very well with cats. Hes l...

Re: Chronic diarrhea.

Buddy also had constant diarrhea after being treated for parvo. So Im guessing it might be normal? Blue buffalo puppy made his stool soft but not diarrhea. When he was old enough to start adult food, his stool was perfectly fine. So I think Blue Buffalo is a good choice. Id like to know if it works ...

Re: Ear Cropping.....your opinion?

I love my dogs natural ears. :) This. My dogs ears are my favorite part aesthetically. 95% of dogs with cropped ears look dumb in my opinion. And most of them only serve to make the dog look more alert and aggressive which does nothing to help the reputation. Thats not all true, I know you said &qu...

Re: Ear Cropping.....your opinion?

Sometimes a controversial subject, what is YOUR opinion on ear cropping? To do or not to do? Battle, Show, or Long? My opinion is that I personally would never do it to a dog for cosmetic reasons. The risks outweigh the point of getting the procedure done.. Its scary to think how many dog have died...

Re: bit me in the face!!!

Umm. Well one, your asking for the behavior when your going in for a kiss. NILIF would be a good idea. Buddy did all the same things at his age, but then it all stopped when we started properly training him and using nilif. Now hes very well behaved with us. Dog parks are a very bad idea and youll ...

Re: Good Lord, anything else at this time?

Im holding back tears and my heart is now mending after the thought that she wouldnt be with us anymore. Im so happy to hear that she has another chance. I just have one thought. It does not matter to me if within the next year or even within a day after this surgery, you decided it was right to put...
