Warning to Osteo Biflex users...

I know a lot of people here use the Oteo Bi Flex triple strength. Khan has been on it for years. I have a thread a ways down, but it was about raw feeding. I wanted to post up a quick warning fr those of you who did not read that thread. Apparently Osteo Bi Flex has now come out with a couple new ty...

Re: Allergens in the fall?

Personally I would see a holistic vet. They will try other options and use steroids as a last course of treatment.

Have they tried anything topical versus doing an oral steroid? Sorry if you said it I didn't go back to the very beginning.

Re: Raw feeders...suggestions...

I think partially because his system is so sensitive and partially because the dose was so high for an extended period. I talked with my vet today and fortunately I wasn't giving him a toxic dose. So eliminating it now should clear things up. I accidently bought a new Osteo Bi Flex that has 2000 iu ...

Re: Raw feeders...suggestions...

I did fast him for a day. Pumpkin gives him diarrhea. I have used slippery elm here and there, it helps, but then it just returns.

The meat he is eating he has had before.

Re: Hot Spots or Calluses?

Are they on the elbow area?

Looks like a callous to me. You could try some coconut oil.

I'm not entirely understanding the question. Is he not allowing you to put the ointment on?

Raw feeders...suggestions...

Hi all... Khan has been on raw for over a year. He has a pretty sensitive stomach so I have to take adding anything new slow, etc. It took me forever to get to get up to 1 ounce of organ a day ( and that still really isn't enough) The last 2-3 weeks he has been having some issues with diarrhea. For ...

Re: Feeding a lot and no weight gain.

He doesn't need any fat. He needs muscle. Exercise will do the trick. X2 Also if I am reading this right we are only talking about a 2 month time span of him being at a low weight and gaining. I wouldn't have him gain more. It is possible that once things level out he may need less to maintain. I d...

Any pictures? Also is there a reason you couldn't switch back to the natures domain?
