Re: Muscle/Bone building vitamin supplements

How old is he? I'd be reluctant to use a supplement like that on a growing puppy. Chances are, it won't help him if he has hip dysplasia anyways. Keeping him at a lean weight, and adding glucosamine and EPA fatty acid supplements would. Has anyone experiments with the so called "muscle buildin...

You could also feed some canned food. Higher water content

Re: Urinalysis Results

It's starting to sound like you should start looking into another home for Boss. If you can't do a simple thing like help him to go to the bathroom in an appropriate place because "it takes alot for me to get to sleep and I have trouble sleeping" or provide needed medical care to him (the...

Re: Feeding Raw

I started Apollo on RAW, I got some heart and liver for him. How do you cut it up? Does it bleed all over? Cut up both of those items when they are mostly frozen. MUCH easier and less messy. Have you been reading b/c neither heart nor liver are appropriate "starter" foods. I suggest chick...

Re: Petella Luxation

If you tell us where you are someone may be able to recommend a place. Did you ask the vets office if they could recommend a orthopedic specialist?

I raw feed and give baked sweet potato slices, zukes training treats and wellness vegetarian treats. My boy has allergies and the treats I give are ones I know he does fine with and won't have a reaction to.

Re: Fed a raw bone but still puking up sharp pieces

I have had issues giving raw bones as recreational chews in the past. Usually puking chunks of bone. I feed raw now, but still give the smoked bones I gave before for recreational chews. I personally wouldn't over worry about it. IMO it is hit or miss and a personal decision on what you think is the...

Re: Good Lord, anything else at this time?

I think it would be easier if each item or maybe seller had it's own thread. It seems to get confusing when they are all in one thread. I think the payment should get paypaled to Val. Then she can notify it is paid and the seller can ship :dunno: I know I have a book and some stuff around here. I'll...
