Not again :(

Boss has coccidia again. I don't know what else to say... I have enough medicine to make it to Monday when his next visit is, but right now with Christmas approaching our budget is tight :( I just hate him being sick all the time I feel like such a horrible mom. :'(

Rescue Transport

I have found that I quite enjoy crossposting on facebook and helping put together transport for rescues... I am putting this here because it is like a therapy for me, it is a brighter side to rescuing... Getting them to a safe place... I got to participate in my first transport recently!! It was ver...

Re: Gas

Ah it might be the bully sticks then... I really can not afford to have his stool sample checked yet we are still saving for his allergy tests and now he needs a urinary analysis to see if he has a UTI and that is going to cost about 100$.... I love him very much but we have spent all of our emergen...

Re: Sweet Mississippi dog needs rescue! Transport possible!

:( I hate that BS about having to vouch for a dog in person, Nesbit is a LONG drive from here and I think their rule is that the adopter has to be the one who picks up the dog. I hope that she will be pardoned.

Re: Hip Dysplasia in ten week old puppy?

I would have it checked out, I mean... Boss keeps his tail tucked most of the time, if we had not gotten the vet to take a look at it we would have never known that he has some skeletal deformities with his spine, causing him to walk with his hind in a bit more to the left than the right, and he alw...

So apparently if pregerrs ladys can eat it, it wont hurt the dogs? NFW! What a weirdo...hopefully it was a brownie mix or crunched up oreos o...

Re: Boss won't eat!

I do have one question, going by the BB guide he was supposed to eat 4 cups a day, the guide on PurinaONE says 2-1/2 cups at the most... Is that enough? It doesnt seem like it to me? Instead of relying on the rather unreliable feeding guidelines on the bag of any food, go by the food's caloric cont...

Re: Boss won't eat!

We dont have a Costco anywhere near here, never even seen one actually. And its hard for me to get to a pet store that sells high end foods. If he doesnt react to this food we will be keeping him on it. Thanks for telling me to take it slow with the food since he hasnt eaten. I do have one question,...
