wow thats pretty good for a first time build! hope it works out for you and your pup. My dad did the same thing, except being a carpenter, it was this big heavy duty well built ramp he spent some time making, and the darn dog refused to use it when he finished lol

ahh very good pointers, thanks! i will look into the chicken idea, we have a walmart close by and then i can snack on her treats as well :P she seems to want it more if she knows i eat it too LOL

and yea i was trying to train at night after dinner. will try before dinner and see if that helps :D

teach her drop it and leave it (i know more training but you can use the balls for that!) and carry multiple balls :P Have you taught her "watch me"? she knows "drop it", and she will "leave it" as in not take it, but shes intently focused on it, like Bolt trying to do...

Is she toy motivated? You can replace a treat reward with a short game of tug or fetch. Great job btw! hmm she loves her ball, but once i bring it out, i dont exist anymore. so it would be a horrible instant reward since i could only make 1 attempt, then ball, then she looses all focus and only car...

and both females marked the papasan cushion I brought up for them last month, probably because it'd been sitting in my basement for years and I didn't properly stink it up before giving it to them OK this got me curious... what do you mean by properly stink it up for them... lol. i never got a dog ...

Well heres an update as promised... Shes starting to do MUCH better walking on a leash with me. Unfortunately we don't have many distractions such as other people/dogs walking, but shes not pulling nearly as bad with just her and i walking. Shes also learning to sit before we cross a street as well!...

Welcome to the forum! glad to hear about Scarlett and she is a very pretty girl. my mom doesnt do rescue work, but she also wasnt a fan of pit bulls untill i got my girl and showed her there not all bad.

OMG shes beautiful! and i highly agree about them being dangerous... anyone that thinks my dog is viscous, i say your absolutely right! that tongue and tail will kill you :D it sure leaves you covered in bruises and slobber anyway haha
