She is so adorable! There are two types of mange, one can be transferred to humans I believe and it is harder to get rid of. I would just keep an eye on her and see if the antibiotics clear it up. Both of my bullies have very sensitive skin and will even get rashes from certain types of grasses.

I was thinking allergy as I was reading this. Usually a red muzzle is a sign of being allergic to something, either food related or environmental. Have you changed laundry soap recently? Cleaned the carpets recently? Used Febreeze on the furniture?
