im no expert, just talking from experience. when Roxy was 6 months i built her a spring pole and a flirt pole. i kept both low, almost at tugging height. as she got stronger and larger, i went higher and higher. its a great workout. just dont let all four extremities off the ground. thats dangerous....

I feed her blue buffalo wilderness. she also eats cooked but unseasoned chicken and peanut butter in her kong. thats about it

"sleep crust" in eyes

My pit always seems to have sleep crust in her eyes outside of the corner of her eye near the lacrimal sac. is this an issue?

thanks. shes only thrown up twice. once from the beach and the other from the pain meds from getting spade. she wasnt drinking the salt walter, but she was rolling in the water and stuff so im sure she swallowed some. just weird to me that 7 hours later her kibbles are still whole pieces and havent ...

maybe i worded my question wrong.... i understand salt intake is dangerous. She has thrown up before because of medication from getting fixed and same thing happened. she throws up her breakfast in whole pieces like her food hasnt been digested. she has only puked twice (i think) since i have had he...

give you some past hx, my pit is about 8 months and she has gained about 8 pounds in the past 5 - 6 weeks. that being said, i feed her blue buffalo wilderness puppy formula. grain free. This past weekend i took her to the dog park then to the beach and on the way home she puked and up came her break...

my dog does the same thing only when i point at her though. i point and she perks her ears up and snaps at the air and barks but her tail is wagging...i dont get it. i like to do it in front of people who have the pre disposed idea of all pits are mean just to freak them out. laugh every time roflmao

She's getting fixed on the 22 so ill bring it up then but I googled pics of cataracts in dogs and her eyes look nothing like the pictures. Are any of you guys able to shine a penlight or flashlight in your dogs eyes and report back on this thread and tell me if they just stayed black (the pupils) or...
