Benadryl can help but if she's having continued contact with whatever she's allergic to, you're never going to get to the root of the problem. You vet can do an allergy ...

Definitely myths. Both females that I've had have been spayed. My first girl was 48lbs. of solid muscle, people would literally stop me in the street to comment on her. As for lazy, I walked her at least 2 miles a day and played frisbee usually for about 45 minutes 2-3 times a week. Definitely NOT l...

There are about a thousand different answers to each of your questions. You should do a ton of research before even attempting to start. I second the recommendations made by other posters. To answer your one question though, while most dogs do wonderfully on a raw diet, it's not for all dogs. My dog...

Read her posts Krista, she doesn't want the dogs altered and she doesn't care if they produce more unwanted dogs. OP, have you ever seen a dog being euthanized before? A dog dying for no good reason other than there isn't a home for him? Do you really not care that by producing puppies that you are ...

I see a couple here free feed. Just a question, how do you monitor food intake? Honestly, I don't do anything but keep an eye on her waistline. Wednesday is a little bit of a finicky eater. She eats a few bites here and there but rarely eats a full meal in one feeding. I had been doing twice a day ...

Immunotherapy shots (allergies)

For those who've had the shots done (or if you just know about them), how long until you started seeing results? And how long did you dog have to get the shots/how long has your dog been getting the shots? I have an appointment next Thursday with the specialist's technician to get the shots for Wedn...
