Feed stores will usually have some better quality stuff but if you want some good priced, good quality harnesses i would suggest emailing CDPits and having her custom make one for you, they are excellent quality.

not necessary. Many people do it as stated for warm-up/cool-down, i just do that when they are on the mill, work them up slowly, and slow it down slowly.

ANYWAYS, yesterday I increased the speed to a fast walk so that he was walking quickly and steadily, but not trotting. I kept him on the treadmill (treating and praising) for 6 minutes. Getting worse, but i got a little more info. The reason no IV was given is because she has been drinking and the liquid was never a problem. I would stick with the NV, I have yet to see a difference in TW vs NV, and NV is quite a bit cheaper and generally easier to get. TW is a great food, but its not worth switching. JMO
