Beef liver, garlic, oregano, egg. Blend or use a food processor. Pour onto a cookie sheet, bake at 325 for 20 minutes, cut in to pieces. Bake another 20 minutes. You can cut the egg and add olive oil if you choose.

A lot of fish is stabilized after processing at sea with ethoxyquin. Diamond may not add when they add the fish products but they can't say whether it was used on board the factory ship... The main reason I won't feed a fish based food.
