all i see is rice, rice, rice. might as well just buy a big bag of rice and cook it up, add a tiny bit of lamb, and a bit of chicken fat. (not really suggesting that, just making a point) i am sure nutro is not cheap either, even though rice is not an expensive ingredient. with the lamb being listed...

i am sure turkey is great for them, if they like it and do not have any allergies to poultry. i pick up turkey necks/drumsticks whenever they are on sale. my dogs eat a raw diet all summer/fall, then i go back to kibble in the winter with an occasional raw snack. they are used to eating everything f...

has she been getting anything different? like a different brand of treats, or any kind of people food? if nothing has changed, i would look into the dog food, call the company and ask if they have changed anything in their formula. a few years ago the food i was feeding changed an ingredient, a few ...

do you have a picture of him? how much depends on the type (quality, protien/fat %, etc) of food, the size of the dog, and how underweight he actually is. how often? i would feed 2 x' a day, unless he is so skinny his stomach has shrunken and can only hold a small amount. the more times a day you fe...

i would rinse him off when you get home. i grew up in the pacific NW, our dogs would swim in the sound and i was taught to rinse them off well with fresh water when we got home. i think the salt water dries out their skin. also if he drinks a lot of the salt water he may get the runs. dont' know abo...

i am almost embarrassed to admit this...... i have not sat and actually added it all up to the penny, but in the winter i spend $600+. keep in mind that i am feeding about 19 sled dogs, and around 4 pit bulls and a couple of retired sled dogs. ouch, that is hard to write, that is almost as much as m...

eukanuba is probably the best choice of all of those. i am taking care of a sled dog kennel of 30+ dogs and they feed eukanuba, the dogs do ok on it, all are healthy with nice coats. it is not my choice of foods for my sled dogs, but it is not bad

he is 7 months old. he is a lanky teenager. let him grow at his own rate. enjoy him for who he is, he may take till 2 years old to fill out. do not get him fat at this young age, it will only hurt him in the end.

do not feed her before exersize, feed her within an hour after, when she has cooled down. take a few pounds off of her, either by cutting back a little on her meals, or increasing the length of workouts, to show the muscle definition. pulling is good, if she will do it. my dogs swim ALOT in the summ...
