Not the popular opinion around here, but I would safely contain the dog (basket muzzles are great) until I could get him evaluated by someone experienced in pit bull behavior and temperment AS WELL AS by a vet. If this is a new behavior being exhibited and he truly has never shown any issues before,...

They will go away on their own, or if they are bothering your dog, the vet can take them off. I had both of my dogs' warts removed because they kept bleeding and tearing. They are highly contagious and as a courtesy to other dog owners, you should keep your dog away from uninfected dogs until the wa...

IMO, you should definitely get your dog to the vet on Thursday and get your money back and find a new class...that trainer is a bit off. IF she has "this happen a lot" at her house, she isn't doing her job!

If your dog is a food hound like my girl, the easiest way is to open a bag of anything edible-cheese, dog food, cereal, cat litter.... But seriously, yuo've gotten several great suggestions!

The squirt bottle is a toy too. If I get it out, Yoda play bows and roo roos at me. Now if I put my hands on my hips and say YO-da AND-rew, that is his cue that he has done horribly wrong. lol

:crybaby: I'm sorry I can't help you, but I wish you both the best of luck! Please please please do anything you have to to keep this poor old man out of the shelter. Personally, I would live in my car before I sent my dogs to the pound. (My husband thinks I'm nuts...)

We put our cat box outside in a cat shack (4 ft x 4ft x 4ft fenced in box with a roof) with a cat door that goes out to it so the dog cant't get to the box. It also allows kitty to get outside fresh air without the dangers of being outside. We switched our ferrets to World's Best cat litter-it's mad...

While it is normal for pit bulls to be fairly gassy, it could also be the food you are feeding. What does your dog eat?

I've seen those before...I have one on one of my flexi's, but not on the other. I bought it after I had the flexi chase the dog down the driveway...Now I only use them at the beach when no one else is around.

My dogs wore seatbelts in my Wrangler when the top is off and in my CRV when they are in the backseat. Usually, they ride in the cargo area with doggy bars though. I actually bought the CRV after launching Yoda into the windshield of the Jeep and admitting I'm too lazy to climb back there to buckle ...

Definitely talk to your vet about it. Kailie has borderline incontinence issues (hers causes her to get repeated UTIs), and if she gets another UTI in the next 9 months, she will need to go on meds for the incontinence. Otherwise confidence building! You can also buy doggy undies for h er to wear so...

When I brought Kailie home she was a lot like Subi....terrified of everything! She did the "see how far I can spread out" to keep from going in the crate thing with a VariKennel. I switched to a wire crate and she did better and eventually learned to love the crate. She tries to cram herse...
