Not yet. We thought we had a home lined up, but it fell through. So I will be getting back on the phone to find her a place.

Four Month old puppy

Some of you may have heard I am fostering a former (banned) member's APBT, and he may need placement soon. But In the mean time, my Grandma took in a byb female poodle that's four months old. I know we are focused on bullies here, but I hope there might be some like minded folks who will help any br...

How about vinegar? Either acv or distilled, I just read recently that it helps UTIs too.

Grr DTE and CE!! I'm trying to convince my hubby that Dte needs to pay for our A/C to be fixed after the last outage/surge. Anyway, Butterball says it's fine. Last Thanksgiving, my whole turkey thawed too quickly, they advised me to refreeze, and thaw again. We were fine, so I should think it would ...

He's home, we picked him up this morning. He's very happy, wants to jump around, and then flops down with this totally dejected, emo look. http://i226.photobucket.com/albums/dd231/MrsPalmeri/DSCN0561.jpg http://i226.photobucket.com/albums/dd231/MrsPalmeri/DSCN0558.jpg http://i226.photobucket.com/alb...

Browness is doing good, they will give him water at 2pm, and if that goes down and stays down they'll offer food. He will be home tomorrow, with all home cooked food!

It depends, some pit bulls are large breed. Brownie got large breed puppy formula too. He's a pretty big boy as pits go. Also, I would steer clear of Eukanuba, or any other grocerystore type brand. Merrick is also a great choice, imo. Brownie loves it, it's made in the US, and no imported ingredients.

Well, the surgeon just called and said everything went well. There was parts that unraveled and were all the way into his lower intestine... but he's got the thumbs up, and he'll be there til Monday probably. Thank God.

Yes, apparently the shreds and pieces I found were simply leftovers. It never crossed my mind that he had swallowed whole parts! Oy, I think he wants me to have a stroke.

Brownie's in the hospital!!

He ate his damn nylon leash, now has to have it surgically removed from his tummy  . I feel so awful. I thought I had gotten it all away from him, now this morning he starts throwing up and there are pieces in the vomit.

Poor JJ! I hope the surgeon has something positive to say.

Fingers and paws crossed here.
