OMG she is beautiful!! I absolutely love torties too!!

OMG I am so glad he was saved!! I have a difficult time seeing pictures of animals so emancipated. I kept thinking about it since I saw it.

Cool. I'll have to check his ears too. He is going to the vet next week for his rabies and a check up. So they can check his eyes too. I'll have to check his ears though. I suppose it is possible that it could be blood pressure. EagleEye.....I haven't noticed anything else. Occasionaly he will lick ...

Red eyes....

I've had Khan for almost 3 weeks now.

I noticed that the whites of his eyes seem to be red. I'd have to ask Lisa to see if they have always been that way....when she had him.

His eyes aren't runny and don't seem to be bothering him. Just wondering if this is normal?

I would have considered taking her in if I hadn't just adopted Khan. I know I am really glad I wasn't here when they brought her in, because it would h...

Local rescues?

I'm not really sure how to handle this or if anything can be done. I work for a Police Department. I've been on vacation for a week. I guess last week they found a female pit bull. They called me today about it. We are a small department, so when an animal is found and no one calls about it, it is t...

My sister used gold bond powder on her Dalmation who was allergic to grass. I think it helped a little.
