The boomer ball sounds great if Daisy likes to chase balls around. Somone might have to get it moving to keep her interest after a bit of playing, but it wouldn't take to much for someone to walk over and kick it.

Not familiar with kennel cough, but can you vaccinate for it ahead of time and if a dog exhibits similiar signs and symptoms then you could rule out kennel cought with at least a high degree of certianty?

Welcome first of all! Tons of infor to rifle through.

Honesty, think abnout adopting or rescuing. The benefit are greater than getting a puppy. I know everyone wants to go through the puppy stages, but having a dog from a pup is not going to change a dogs genetics.
