Proper introduction

Postby bterz » Mon Aug 11, 2008 12:24 am

Hello everyone, my name is Bryce and im 18 years old. I live in southern california and have been addicted to pitbulls ever since the 6th grade when I met my first pitbull "Knuckles"

After lots of efforts trying to get my mother to allow me to own a pitbull, I finally decided to pull a dirty trick on her and buy her a pitbull for mothers day. She has always thought they're adorable and good dogs just did not have the urge to own one.

His name is Angus, i got him from the pound when he was about 3.5 months old. He has been my pride and joy since. Hes my boy and always will be.

I recently ran into a troubled blue-nose that was caged everyday I walked by on my way home from school, and always looked very scared. Everyday on my way home I would shoot him a whistle and maybe make the sound of some kisses. I asked the owner if I could take him and he agreed. I believe they were going to use him for fighting and even tried because he is scarred up on the bottom of his chin pretty good.

His name is Brutus, when I asked the dogs age I was told 9 months. I have had him for about the past 3 weeks, and he is the reason I am signing up onto this site. I need to seek guidence for my dogs so they can have a better life and my training techniques can improve, as I notice room for improvement.

Believe it or not, both of my dogs are cat friendly and they get along great with children and everything else.

Here is a picture of the second night I had them together.

Thanks for offering such a great site

Welcome to the site!

I like the name Knuckles. Pulling a dirty trick just to get a dog, sounds like me. I would've done that. I've snuck a guinea pig, rat and mice in cause mum wouldn't let me have them but now she knows about the guinea pig and the mice now. Thanks for rescuing both the dogs, there gorgeous!.

I did almost the same trick on my fiance, I went to school with one dog to take to daycare and came home with my pitty and the original dog...needless-to-say we didn't talk at all for the next three days.

In the end, we agreed that I could keep him only if my fiance got to call Phantom "his dog"

Im talking about the big ol' noggin and cute smile, just reminded me of my dog is all.

More so the bulky body as well, lots of rednoses I've been around seem to be very skinny at the body but very very cut and tone.

Either way, still one of the cutest pits ive seen to this day.

I wish my dogs ears werent cut :(
