Too young to tell definitively. Looks like a Pit Bull Mix to me.

Here are some references for the standard for each:

American Pit Bull Terrier:

American Staffordshire Terrier:

She looks more pittie than Am Staff, but I think she has another breed or two thrown in.

Please don't use capslock, it makes your posts hard to read. There is no such thing as a "pure bluenose" dog..
Your dog appears to be a mix, and definitely not a purebred APBT. This forum will not help you to breed, price, or sell your puppies.
We do not advocate breeding.. Especially by BYB's. You don't even know your pups breed and you want to breed her? :frown:
I hope you will reconsider, but stick around as there is a lot for you to learn here.

your dog is probably a wonderful pet, however she should be FIXED so that she will never breed. To answer your questions...
no your dog will not be a good model for pit bulls
and the pups you would get by breeding her to anything will be of no real dollar value'
she is of pet quality and does not justify breeding, too many good dogs need homes to excuse using her to bring more pups into the world.

I agree with everything stated here. Please do not add to the pit bull problem, and instead focus on making your dog a breed ambassador!

Even if she WAS purebred, the breed is in a serious over-population problem right now. Most of her puppies would probably end up in the shelter once they hit around 9 months old (that age where puppies LOOK like dogs, but still act like puppies, it seems to be about that time that people tire of them) One in 600 Pit Bulls (or Pit mixes) make it out of the shelter.

Good luck with your girl. She looks super sweet!

Please seriously consider every bit of advice that was given you about breeding your dog. Love her and take care of her. Please get her fixed. I believe she is a mix and would not fetch you a profit if that is the reason you want to breed her. She is beautiful.

Definately listen to everyone here. Although I am new my boyfriend has asked many many of questions and got some really really good advice. Pitbulls have such a bad wrap because of people just breeding them like lemmings. Trust me, I couldn't even find a place to live for awhile because I owned a pitbull.

Also, playing scientist with thier genes hurts them way more than helps them. I know someone who only breeds purebreds and has many of them die or have defects. This is because he isn't doing it cautiously. And it really bothers him when this happens.

Love and cherish your dog! She's beautiful and looks like such a lover!
