I am going to have to hand feed her so that she learns to slow down and pace herself, she gobbles food up like crazy and acts like she has never seen it before. I also have to make sure my other dog is kenneled while I am doing so, just in case, for his safety. She also has some scars from trying to escape wherever she was before they rescued her. She definitely needs a lot of training. Going to be a lot of work but hopefully she will appreciate it in the long run!

She is very submissive to my other pit when playing and just living, but I can already tell that food would be an issue since she looks and acts like she hasn't eaten well. She definitely needs to put on some more weight. Toys and anything else, like water, are not an issue thankfully. They also play really well together.

i have a question since i can't post anywhere yet, Sasha the new dog has been showing some jealousy/dominance issues. It is only when I pay any attention to my other dog she will come over and try to show him who is boss, I have already started addressing the issue by "claiming" bandit as mine, if i pet him and she starts to come over i stop her and move her back then continue to pet bandit and repeat the process until she ignores the fact that i am petting him. I have also made her lay on her side after she has had one of her dominance fits. It seems to be working so far.....when i pet bandit she just kinda avoids/pay not so much attention to the fact as long as i stay consistent and dominant ....does anyone have any suggestions?

I already separate them when it comes to anything with food
toys are not an issue they play with them fine and drink out of the same water bowl.
It only seems to have to do with me, granted its only been a day and we still need to sort out the pack ranking and make it clear
