New from South Carolina

I have a 8 month old lab mix and a 3 year old dalmatian, and I will adopt a pit bull or mix when I own a home.

I've wanted a pit bull for a long time, but I move around a lot and it's hard to find housing that will rent to you with them. I want a pit bull because I love the blacks and black and whites (they look like cows!) and I love their personality. Growing up a few friends had pit bulls and they were always very sweet dogs, and I really like how active they are. I adopted my dalmatian because I needed a dog that could go running with me!

I adopted my lab mix because she needed a buddy but doesn't get along with females. They've been best friends since I brought him home.

I live in Beaufort! but no one ever knows where it is when I mention it so I say Hilton Head. Your foster dog wouldn't happen to be red and a little on the tall side, would he (or she)? I've seen a white woman walking a red pit bull around my neighborhood.

Nah he's a relatively short, stand up eared boy :)

He's got some leg/hip/elbow troubles that we're gonna have checked out on Monday :)

Welcome. As many APBT's show some level of dog aggression once they mature, even with dogs they know, there is a possibility that one may not integrate well into your household.
