Hi and :welcome:
It must have been surprising to see such a reaction from Axel. As Chasesmom said there are plenty of helpful members here.

For the time being I'd keep Axel and Sasha separated. It takes dogs longer to calm down from a fight than it does us humans, and if they're still amped up anything could turn into a big deal between them.

Many of us here crate and rotate our dogs (or at least to some degree), now that you're a PB owner, this may be in the cards for you.

Good luck.

Hi BlackDogPack, looks like you're doing a great job with the dogs!

Get or make yourselves some breaking sticks, and put them in strategic places around the house:
http://www.pbrc.net/breaksticks.html
Speaking from experience, prying a dog off another's face without one is just no fun at all. I know you've got a muzzle for Axel, but accidents can happen, and a parting stick is cheap insurance. "Better to have and not need, than to need and not have."

And it sounds like you'll be right at home in the Training and Behavior forum -- viewforum.php?f=6
And I expect you'll have more to contribute to the Gallery ;) -- viewforum.php?f=4

Good luck with Axel and Sasha.
