Our short journey with the breed has been full of ups and downs. I do still get a lot of negativity regarding his breed, which is disappointing because Chico is the greatest dog I have ever co-existed with (not just for a pit bull, but for a dog in general). It is so refreshing, though, when people react positively to Chico.
I am currently training to run my first half-marathon later this year, and on a recent walk, I have discovered that Chico makes a great running partner. I am very excited to explore this!
