Hello from the Ville!

Hi! I'm a 25 year old female from Louisville, KY. I adopted my best friend this past July from the Humane Society and we've been inseparable ever since. She is a 15 month old blue pit and I named her Nike. I've never owned a pit bull before but I've always had a heart for the breed. I've grown up around dogs and have seen first hand how these so called "bully" breeds can be such lovable animals (I used to have a Rottweiler too). With so many pit bulls falling into the wrong hands, I knew that I could give at least one of them a good home, so that's why I decided to rescue my little girl.

I look forward to learning from you all and sharing with you my silly girl's stories... she's so goofy!
