posting a picture in the message body?

How do you post a picture in the message body? Does it have to be a picture already existing on the web... or can I upload it from my machine?

You need to upload your photos to the web. There are a few good free sites. Try http://www.picturetrail.com or http://www.photobucket.com I think there are some others out there, too.

picturetrail isn't free. my picturetrail account will automaticly shutoff unless i upgrade to ...whatever....whoopty-doo super picturetrail 9.0...and to do that costs a monthly fee.
