By the way, how do you put up a picture beside your name?

aww, 16 views and nobody told ya! It's easy...click on profile at the top of the forum page...at the bottom of your information, there is a section where you can add an "avatar" - which is that pic by your name. It gives the specifications for the picture...certain size, etc.
