"Newbie"

Hello everyone! My name is Sara, and I am owned by a pit bull (AmStaff??) named Buddy (Nobody's Fool). He was rescued last year from a very abusive and neglectful owner. He was then approximately one year old and weighed maybe 30 pounds. He was terribly skinny and terrified of almost everything. He now weighs between 55 and 60 pounds and is becoming more and more sure of himself each day. If I can figure out how to post pictures, I'd love to share with you all my sweet baby boy.

Thanks for the welcome! Funny thing is, I was looking for a small dog when I heard about Buddy..... but after talking to his initial rescuer and hearing all about him, I couldn't help but bring him home!! It's been true love ever since :inlove:

, and a more perfect dog I can't imagine!! Yes, he has some emotional scars, but working through the fears and insecurities has bonded Buddy and I together in a way I can't describe.
