Hello from a California Rescue

Postby RedFang13 » Mon Jul 04, 2005 1:21 am

Hey everyone,
Hopefully I'm doing this right. I'm no computer genius, just a dog trainer. I actually run Villalobos Rescue Center in Southern Calif. We are unfortunately the largest Pit Bull Rescue in the country with over 150 dogs. I say unfortunately because I hope there is a day when I can say "we're closed". My personal dogs are not only "pound hounds" but now they are movie dogs. I've been training movie dogs for about 10 years now. But my passion is still the rescue and our efforts that go along with that. My weakness are my big fatheaded red dogs that are my working team:Duke, Kato, Moose, Gotti, Lefty, Rhino and my newest Zeus.
I hope to be able to keep up with this forum and am looking forward to networking with everyone.

I wish that we could rescue that many dogs. But we have to work out of our houses and can only rescue up to 5-15 dogs. Its just me and a few friends that do it and we only have about 15 thousand people in my small town so we do what we can. :))
