oh mayhem bites everything, his favorite my toes, but he snaps at other dogs.
mainly i'm just socializing him with other dogs, cus i live by a public park and collage, everyone walks dogs by my house at all hours, and i just worry that whne he's grown up he might get lose and kill another dog.

He needs to be around other dogs. Play fighting and biting and getting bit as a puppy, teaches them to not bite so hard later. Of course if it gets to far it may make him weary of other dogs but if he's not been around them it'd be worse. Your doing good, at this age though, don't worry so much.

Just don't let him get loose.

Bowan is all over our other two dogs...he has attached himself to our GSD's tail long enough to be spun around and then he'll let go and fly, my two other dogs will often get on the bed when they are tired of being chew toys...a little bit of puppy growling, front of his body low to the ground, pouncing, that is normal.
