Welcome to PBF! Although dog aggression can be common place with bullies, it can be worked with. Keeping the dogs that don't get along seperated is the best option. Obedience training is also another thing that must be kept up on. They can be a *bit* stubborn. lol

Welcome to the board! Do you have any pics of your new puppy? What kind of plans do you have for this pup? Are you into any doggie sports like weight-pull, agility, conformation, etc.? There's a lot of information over in the training section that will help you deal with introducing your new puppy to your existing dog(s). Here's a good thread: http://www.pitbullforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=10229

I'm new here to but i just had to share this picture with you its my almost 3year old Pitmix and my sisters mini dachshund who's about 1 now. (In the picture she is just about 12 weeks old though)

There the best of friends. But as with all dogs you have to make sure you socialize your pup really good with other dogs.

Ive also noticed with my two that The mini dachshund is the one who will try to start something and my dog Maggie will just lay there and take it.

But ever dog is diffrent. GOOD LUCK!

Awe great picture! Good posting... i just wanted to add that some dogs will have dog aggression no matter how they are brought up and socialized. It is in fact a part of the breed and some will exhibit it and some won't. You have to learn to know your dog and his personality as well as body language and postures. Make sure you never leave them alone together unattended

Welcome to the forums and enjoy! Good luck with the new pup.
