I'm Grant, 23 Married from South Arkansas. I have a 1yr 3mo old APBT that is 1/2 American 1/2 Boudroeax (sp). Around here we have dogs for the love and passion of them so we dont have papers or family trees of our dogs but treat them like they are a child. My female is solid white, albino and deaf. I take extra special care of her and we go for rides in the woods in my 4x4 (avid offroader also) and we take 2-3 mile walks as much as we can at least 2 times a week. I will post pics as soon as i can be able to post and learn the correct way to also. She likes to play "ropes" which is a game where I hold a rope with a knot in it and she jumps up and grabs it and I hold her in the air and she pulls on it on the ground also. I hope to build a secure dog kennel and excercise toys for them to keep them safe from being stolen, since I live about 15 miles from Louisiana where I hear they fight dogs. I wish to get some kind of animal cruelty organization in my area because I see dogs all of the time that are not being treated right. Me and my wife also own a solid white male APBT that CAN hear and a rescue male APBT that is brindle that my friend that works at an animal shelter found in the middle of a road with its eyes barely open. I love all kinds of dogs, we have 2 chihuahuas and in the past I have owned other chihuahuas dalmations and other mixed breed dogs from shelters. I had wanted an APBT in the first place because of them being a strong and energetic animal that loves their owners and because they are not naturally aggressive toward humans unless trained to. Because back in the early 1900's they were used to baby sit the children and protect them in the yard playing. I love loyal animals that will do anything for their owners because I would do anything for my dog. Thanks for letting me Introduce myself. If it need to be more detailed, let me know. I hope to learn more and help other people learn more about mine and their dogs.
