No pull harnesses

Postby mutty » Thu Feb 24, 2011 11:41 pm

I wanna get Robacha a no pull harness but I need opinions.

1st choice would be the Freedom no pull harness
2nd choice would be Sense ation harness
3rd choice would be Walk your dog with love harness

What does everyone think? I like her Gentle Leader but I wanna try a harness since she sort of doesn't like the GL, now another thing is that she has very short hair.
Please share your thoughts.

We have an easy walk harness that we use for our boxer. It works great! HOWEVER.. I can't use it with him because it rubs his skin raw and he gets cuts from it.. so if anyone has any other better suggestions, I'm ALL ears! :)

Wonder Walker. Locally made, doesn't chaffe like the Easy Walk, great color options.

That wonder walker looks almost the same as the easy walk. The strap still goes right under the arm pit area, where my dog gets hurt from the easy walk. :(

The difference is the easy walk has a martingale function, which is what causes that rashing issue. The wonderwalker doesn't.

A bunch of people on here love this one:

I've been meaning to order one, I get kind of aggravated with the Gentle Leader.

No pull harnesses

Even after loving the one from Wiggles wags and whiskers I was not 'done'.

I decided to purchase the walk your dog with love.

I Do not recommend this one at all. Call me spoiled, but I found the construction lack luster after owning the other two brands.

What I love about the WWW brand is that the clips are not under stress if the dog does pull. Plus the velvet belly strap is good if your dog is naked underneath.

If you still want to try the WYDWL brand I'll sell you my brand new one real cheap.

Also take a look at the post
No-Pull Harness
It compares the Premier & Wiggles Waggs & Whiskers brand.

Got my Wonder Walk Body halter today..

All I gotta say is..

W O W ! ! ! ! ! !

I can't believe I even waited this long to get this thing! And best of all, I was able to order padding with my boxers body halter, so its NICE and SOFT on his bald underside!

LOVE this thing!

The design just seems nicer. The buckle slides are nicer, the fabric feels better, and just all around better! But the customer service alone was just SPECTACULAR. Its hard to find amazing customer service these days, and this was just perfect from the beginning. I like it way more then the easy walker harness. :)

That's awesome. I'm glad you found a product you like. It is amazing how good customer service is so much more appreciated these days. Now I might just have to add to my collection too!
