As an aside. Pay close attention and look for if you don't see it, to shipping info. I can't even remember where but I got a nice Herm Sprenger clasping prong for under 10 bucks. However, I paid more than I would have in the store because this particular place shipped by $ spent. So for the price I paid to ship an envelope... I literally could have also bought a 4 ft wide dog bed, a grip of toys, and paid the same price to send it.

I got Ruby's tags from http://www.boomerangtags.com/ as well. GREAT product. I got the stainless steel rivited one and it looks great. They are not cheap, but well worth the extra money - and shipping and tax is included in the tag price.

I put her name, my name, both of my phone numbers and the vet's 800 number on the tag. It fit perfectly.

I hope that the tag never ever ever needs use...

not dog products, but there are a number of people here with rodenty-creatures, so i'll post martin's cages.

they make the nicest, best-priced rodent cages out there. ferret cages also. but above and beyond that, i have to give them props for awesome customer service. i bought one, they shipped it, fed-ex left it on my front porch in plain view, and somebody stole it. fed-ex of course said it wasn't their fault- it had been delivered correctly blah blah blah. i called the martins and they sent me a replacement completely free of charge.

www.morrco.com
www.dogdaycafe.com
and acme kennels

I have ordered from these places and will do so again. Good prices, fast shipping.
Also for dog seatbelts, www.ruffrider.com. Called them and asked questions, then ordered online, good product. Would buy from again if I need another dog seatbelt.

I just ordered a collar and harness from Morrco.com and boy are they fast! I think it took them 4 days to get them to me. They need some conditioner put on them but they are wonderful quality. Heavy duty and very sturdy. Unfortunately Garion will probably out grow the collar........sigh. He's going to be a monster. I think the harness should be just fine though, it's adjust as small as it will go so it should still fit when he finishes filling out.

Cuz Dog Toy (Good Cuz and Bad Cuz)

I actually read about these on the board. I bought the large Bad Cuz (with horns) from Petsmart for about $10. It's pretty hard and the only toy of Luther's that still squeaks after a week! Much more durable than a stuffie or a tennis ball. Great toy.

Drs. Foster Smith

Good customer service and shipping. I ordered a coat from here that was too big (I didn't like it anyway) and the return was easy. I like their Hypo-Allergenic dog shampoo and they have good prices on Luther's favorite treats - chicken tenders: http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/p ... 2001+62743

Land's End

Their Pet Squall Jacket is very well made, attractive, and won't break the bank.

I think those are all of my 'super-product' recommendations for now. Great thread!

Nail Grinder Kit @ www.drsfostersmith.com

Lilo has black nails, so it's really hard to carefully trim them w/ clippers. This grinder kit has an adjustable speed, comes w/ a handful of grinding wheels, carrying case, and works very well overall.

Fat Cat Inc.

Great dog and cat toys that are whimsical and not too pricey. My sister bought Lola the Catfish and she LOVES it. It lasted way longer than other soft toys we bought her and when she finally put a hole in it this week, we happened to stumble on it in Target last night. It was only $4.99! For how happy she is when she has it, that's a fair price. Here's their website:

There are pics of Miss L in the gallery with her fish, we're going to send it in to the company for a little PB PR. (They ask you to send pics of your pets enjoying their products.)

I figured I'd add to this with a recomendation for Dogwise ( www.dogwise.com ) I ordered a calendar from them on Sunday afternoon & was pleasantly surprised when it was in my mailbox on Thursday afternoon! They have some toys & stuff, but mostly they're a great source of DOG BOOKS!!! Being th bibliofile that I am I have to make sure to stay away from this site or my entire household funds will be deposited at the "Bank of Dogwise".... lol

You can also find them online and get better deals, ebay id=
fordog1977 . The 79$ harness they sell on the site, they usually sell on ebay for 20$ less w/ the same shipping amount as buying it online.

I've got this harness on the way http://www.fordogtrainer.com/pics/dog-h ... er-big.jpg

and this tug from them just came in today (took over 2 weeks to get here and I hear they are a little slow to ship on everything) - http://fordogtrainer.com/pics/bitetugs/ ... te-rag.jpg

http://hurricanekennels.com - they have some really nice leather stuff too, and REALLY cool nylon collars. I've got a lead and collar from them on the way.

I just ordered a leather, studded collar from morroco.com, and i'm pleased with the site already.... Easy to understand, no run-around, and they've already replied with the reciept to my e-mail... We'll see how long it takes to get here to the sunshine state.. I know they're in LA, and marti gras is taking place right now... I hope i dont end up with a misspelled nameplate, that would make me upset, but i dont think that will happen... thankyou for all the info on all the products... PBF really helps me with my dog and decisions i make dealing with him.... thanks to all the members, your input and advice is greatly appreciated..anyways, i'll keep everyone posted on the whole collar thing... peace out ya'll :peace:
