Leather Harness For Red

Postby BIGBOI » Thu Dec 27, 2007 8:01 pm

I'm looking for a really good harness for this guy. I want to buy one and not buy another one because of poor craftsmanship. As you can see he's quite large and it's hard to get a good grip on him. I feel like he's gonna take off on me one day and get hit by a car or etc.... Any help is much appreciated. Thanks guys

CDpits makes great harnesses but there not leather. A lot of people on here have them and all swear by them

Garcias dog supplies makes some leather harnesses for all sizes from puppies to XXL size dogs. They are cheap and will engrave fonts and pictures for free, dunno about quality though.

Keep in mind a harness is great to grab onto, but it gives the dog more power to pull you with.

Yeah I know. I will feel much more comfortable though. I used my boys the other day and it worked out well.

How do I find them? You know if the ones on Ebay are any good?

Well.... it's a working harness, not a walking harness, but it's 100% US-Made (no Made In China b.s.). Even the leather is domestic, and you can't beat the price of their stuff.

I've heard good things about these suppliers and where they get their Amish-made stuff. A friend of mine got a bunch of dog collars made through them and was extremely happy with them.

Are his eyes okay?

As far as leather dog harnesses go, I saw a few on the fodogtrainers.com, they seem to have a lot of inexpensive items, although I have never purchased from there.

I don't personally own anything from them (for which I blame my poor, sad bank account), but I've heard a lot of good things about pacocollars.com . Their stuff sure is pretty if nothing else.
